Platform for modern banking.

The composable orchestration platform for modern banks. A policy-as-code journey runtime over a marketplace of twelve capabilities across identity, money movement, lending, treasury and acceptance. Swap any provider on a tenant binding, no code change. Sits cleanly above any modern core. Built for federated cooperative banking networks and the teams modernizing on Mambu.

One prompt. The assistant reads it, picks the closest of twelve reference architectures, and draws the binding diagram you'll actually ship. It runs on the LLM-as-binding pattern Klyqo ships in production. The conversation IS the demo.

The reality · 2026

Launching a modern bank is mostly integration.

The idea took a weekend. The wiring takes eighteen months. Three taxes turn a six-month product into a two-year project, and by the time you ship, the cost structure is no longer the bank you wanted to build. Klyqo removes all three.

01

The integration tax.

Six providers. Six APIs. Six webhook contracts. Twelve to eighteen months of duct tape before your first customer signs up. The integration line item dwarfs the licensing one, and your engineers spend their first year shipping plumbing, not product.

Klyqo: pre-integrated marketplace, one integration
02

The lock-in tax.

Banking OSes ship pre-chosen vendors. Your KYC, your cards, your ledger, bundled and welded. The vendor your CFO hates is the vendor you can’t leave. Switching any one of them means re-platforming the whole thing.

Klyqo: swap any provider on a tenant binding
03

The compliance tax.

Every vendor adds an audit perimeter. Seven providers means seven SOC 2s to read, seven DPAs to negotiate, seven on-call rotations the regulator has to understand. The cost of compliance scales linearly with the count of vendors on your stack.

Klyqo: one audit log, one trail, one source of truth
Three problems · three answers, below
The answer · the shape

The incumbents lock you in. We give you a marketplace.

The Banking OSes that own this category today ship their own apps, their own workspaces, their own pre-chosen providers. You buy the bundle. You configure inside their tool. You switch by re-platforming. All three taxes, paid in full.

Klyqo flips the model. Pick the providers, Klyqo orchestrates them, bindings are swappable per tenant. Switch any of them tomorrow without rewriting a journey. Banking as a portfolio of best-of-breed providers, orchestrated as one platform.

A.
The bundle one vendor · one stack
  • Their stack. Their providers. Their lock-in.
  • Configured in a drag-and-drop editor.
  • Eighteen-month deployments. Armies of consultants.
  • Priced for tier-one banks.

Switching means re-platforming.

B.
The marketplace six providers · one platform
  • Your stack. Marketplace providers. Your choice.
  • Composed in typed code, in your git.
  • Live in four to six weeks. No consultants.
  • Built and priced for challengers.

Swap any provider on a tenant binding.

What this is worth to you.

The platform is interesting. What it does to your business is the actual point. Four ways Klyqo shows up on the operating P&L.

01

Ship eighteen months sooner.

Six weeks to first product instead of twelve to twenty-four months. That is eighteen months of revenue you would not otherwise have, eighteen months of compounding lead on every competitor still waiting on a deployment.

02

Spend a fraction.

No multi-year licence. No implementation army. Klyqo replaces the engineering team you have not hired and the operations team you do not want to build. Your seed round goes into the product, not into integration tickets.

03

Test ten ideas, not one.

Journeys are generated from intent, not hand-built. Iterating a product takes days, not quarters. You get to find product-market fit before the runway does, and ship a second product, and a third, on the same platform.

04

One platform, one audit trail.

You still contract with each provider directly. But every journey step, every dispatch, every retry lands in one unified audit log that spans your whole stack. The compliance work that scales linearly with vendor count, doesn’t. Klyqo’s trail is the single source of truth your regulator reads, regardless of which providers you swapped in or out last quarter.

Everything above the core. Handled.

Klyqo is the platform where modern banks compose their own stack. Klyqo Runtime executes journeys defined in typed code, Klyqo Marketplace dispatches every step to best-of-breed providers, Klyqo Audit writes the unified trail, and Klyqo Steps brings governed AI into the flow. Four things, done properly.

Journeys defined in typed code.

Onboarding, lending, servicing. Each journey is a TypeScript file in your git, reviewed in your PRs, deployed by your engineers. Models can run as steps inside them. Specialist consultants do not.

The platform, named and shaped.

Above your core. Below your product. Klyqo is where customer journeys are composed as policy-as-code in typed TypeScript and dispatched through a marketplace of providers, executed durably with full replay and signed audit. Five layers, twelve marketplace capabilities (including identity, payments, lending, treasury, consent management and LLM-as-binding), three cross-cutting rails. Pick the providers, Klyqo orchestrates them, your bank stays composable.

Built for the teams running and launching banks.

Klyqo is opinionated about who it is for. Five kinds of teams, one platform — with the federated cooperative banking network as the primary deployment shape.

Neobanks

Full-stack consumer challengers.

Building a bank from scratch and need every customer-facing moment running on day one.

  • Onboarding, accounts and cards in weeks
  • Customer 360 across web and mobile

Operator Copilot · AI on the bank's terms

The AI play, on Klyqo's terms.

Customer-facing autonomous agents in banking are a regulatory minefield. We don’t ship one. Klyqo’s AI surface is the Operator Copilot: an audit-log-grounded assistant that helps your branch advisors, compliance officers and operations team move faster — with a human approving every action. LLMs are bound as marketplace providers, not as autonomous executors.

The bank picks the model (OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock, Azure, on-prem Mistral). The journey definition decides when it’s invoked. The audit log records every inference. The binding swaps when a regulator asks for data residency.

  • Triage with context.

Twenty KYC exceptions in the queue. The copilot reads the audit log for each case, surfaces the missing artifact, drafts the customer outreach, the operator approves.

  • Draft, don’t decide.

Customer disputes a transaction. The copilot pulls the journey trace, drafts a reply that cites the actual steps, the advisor edits and sends.

  • Regulator queries, pre-filled.

Banco de Portugal asks about a specific transaction’s AML path. The copilot assembles the signed audit trail, suggests the response narrative, compliance signs it off.

  • LLM-as-binding.

Same marketplace mechanic as every other capability. Bind a different model per tenant, per region, per task. Swap the binding when the regulator’s rules change.

One platform. Every provider.

Klyqo is opinionated about one thing: orchestration. Cores, KYC, payments, identity, risk: best-of-breed partners, connected through one platform. We launch with first-class integrations to a handful of leading providers; the ecosystem grows with every design partner.

Use the providers you have already chosen, or use ours. Klyqo speaks every fintech protocol. Orchestration is the wedge. The moat is what we compound on top of it: agent intelligence, ecosystem agreements, workflows embedded one journey at a time.

Common questions, straight answers.

Honest answers to what CTOs ask us in the first thirty minutes. If your question isn’t here, ask it on the demo.

How long does deployment really take?

For a first journey on a supported core: four to six weeks. The incumbents quote twelve to twenty-four months because they have to. We do not.

Which core banking systems do you support?

Modern, API-first cores. Cloud-native cores with documented REST or event APIs are first-class. Adapters are open and we co-build the first one with each launch partner.

Do you ever see our customers’ data?

Klyqo runs in your VPC or as dedicated single-tenant infrastructure. Data stays in your jurisdiction, under your keys. We never train on it.

What about compliance and audit?

Every journey step is logged with a structured audit trail. Klyqo Audit emits the reports your regulators want. SOC 2 and ISO 27001 on the seed roadmap.

Can we bring our own AI models?

Yes. The platform is model-agnostic. Use our defaults, your foundation-model provider of choice, or a fine-tuned model you own. Klyqo Steps dispatches whichever you bind.

Who holds the contract with each provider?

You do. Klyqo is the glue, not the reseller. You contract directly with each provider (Persona, Mambu, Marqeta, etc.) for the regulated service. You contract with Klyqo separately for the orchestration platform.
