PAX terminals, orchestrated by Klyqo.

Klyqo’s launch partner for the Terminals capability. PAX is a top-3 global payment terminal manufacturer. Five devices live on the platform today — provisioned, transacted, and reconciled through the same journey runtime as the rest of your stack.

What Klyqo orchestrates

Klyqo doesn’t sell terminals. We orchestrate them.

You contract with PAX directly for the devices. Klyqo wires them into your journey runtime so every device action — provisioning, transactions, settlement, decommissioning — lands in the same audit log as the rest of your stack.

01 · Provisioning

Device → tenant binding → live in minutes.

Register a device once. Bind it to a merchant tenant, push the configuration, the device is ready to accept its first transaction. Same journey shape whether you’re provisioning one device or a hundred.

02 · Transaction routing

Every tap, dip and swipe runs through the runtime.

Transactions are dispatched as journey steps. Klyqo enforces tenant policy (limits, fraud rules, routing) before the transaction lands on the rails. Audit log captures intent, decision, and outcome.

03 · Settlement & reconciliation

Matched against your ledger, per merchant.

End-of-day settlement files reconciled against the journey log. Discrepancies surface as durable workflows waiting on operator input, not silently failed records. Per-merchant payout reporting in your audit trail.

04 · Fleet management

Deploy, monitor, retire devices at scale.

A retail neobank running 200 devices manages them as 200 tenant bindings in one console. Replace a device, the binding moves; the merchant keeps trading, the audit trail stays continuous.

The devices · five PAX models

Five PAX devices, live on the platform.

Pick the device that fits the merchant. Klyqo handles the orchestration the same way regardless — one journey runtime, one audit log, one binding mechanic per device.

Use cases

Where PAX + Klyqo fits.

Three shapes we see most often in design-partner conversations.

01 · SME fintechs

Merchant onboarding with terminal in the box.

An SME fintech signs up a new merchant. The same journey that walks KYB and opens the business account also provisions a PAX A920Pro and ships it. Merchant receives the device, taps to activate, takes their first payment. One journey, end to end.

02 · Retail neobanks

200-device fleet, one console.

A retail challenger serving small merchants deploys hundreds of PAX devices across its book. Klyqo treats each device as a tenant binding; the ops team sees the entire fleet in one Klyqo Console view, swaps devices when one fails, audit trail stays continuous.

03 · Embedded BaaS

Self-service kiosk inside another product.

A vertical SaaS adds in-product payment acceptance via PAX SK700 kiosks deployed at customer sites. Klyqo orchestrates the kiosk-mode journey: customer interaction, transaction dispatch, settlement to the SaaS’s sponsor bank, audit per-site.
